I do recommend this book..

However there are two glaring problems with it. Mullen describes the Federal Emergency Management Agency as a fascist agency. Nothing could be farther from the truth. After Hurricane katrina, a power truck and it's crew from Iowa turned our lights on. We lived in Miississippi at the time. Fema and the mississippi Army national Guard were the heroes at the time. Secondly, the Sourthern Baptist Convention, whom hi cites as being the only good help for the poor and hungry are known mostly known as MAGA folks , and opponents of medical help for kids with Gender Dysphoria.

Suspenseful Read

This book caught me on the first page. It's an apocalypse story about a teenager, who stayed home while his parents went to visit relatives. He spends a majority of the book trying to get to them. It's an easy read, with a great flow to it. One of the best apocalypse book series I've read. It even has some really funny parts, but very shocking parts too. There is 3 main books and a novella. The Novella really added to the series as an important backstory.
