My book; 'As the Sun Rose to Kiss the Moon Good Night 1. Matteo, ' starts with background information, on Laura's loveless, cruel childhood, in Denmark and Australia. Back to Denmark again, in 1973, her first marriage, in 1975, was no better! In April of 1980, Laura is divorced; she had fallen in love with Ethan, who offered her love, and was 'the one' of her dreams. Within one week, a suicidal pregnant woman, broke them apart, and feeling her trust betrayed, Laura's world spirals out of control. In the beginning of May, she went on a trip to Italy, for recreation and distancing, simply looking for peace and quiet. 2 days, before she was to return to Denmark, a beautiful Italian, Matteo, swept Laura off her feet. She stayed with Matteo, and became very loved by his family. Together they had a beautiful daughter; But before her first birthday, her papa Matteo died; at least, that is what Interpol, for whom Matteo works, want the family to believe. The family falls apart, and Laura feels it is her fault. Terrified of losing Dani, ..."Everyone I love, dies!'... and grief stricken, she leaves Dani with the family in Italy, and returns to Denmark.

The next book; 'As the Sun ... 2. Lorenzo, ' is a continuance, and tells of how Laura returns to Italy, on request from Matteo's nonni, hoping that her presence, will stop Lorenzo from taking his life, after the sudden death of Izobel! Unexpectedly, Lorenzo and Laura fall in love. There are severe consequences, to the 'death' of, and resurrection' of Matteo. Interpol, for whom he worked, had staged his death, for a reason. Laura, gives birth to twins, in the morning of the afternoon, of Matteo's return from hiding out in a safe-house for 13 months. She had married Lorenzo, and brokenhearted, Matteo joins the Foreign Legion. Laura and Lorenzo suffer a tragic loss of their twins; then Lorenzo dies, after a long-term illness. Matteo returns home, to take care Laura and their daughter.

The third book; 'As the Sun ...3, Izobel; the story continues, forward in time, but also back to Izobel's childhood, which was horrific, and explains many of her actions. Izobel was Matteo's mamma, Lorenzo's first wife, and the most wonderful mother-in-law and friend to Laura. Izobel had died, but no, ...she hadn't! There are many unexpected twists to my story, which you can expect, will take you on a roller coaster ride of emotions!
