This book is written in the first person and compiled from Dora's journals. She does not gloss over the trials of starting a clinic in Honduras; nor does she pontificate on the triumphs. After reading this book you will feel you had a down-to-earth visit with this dedicated missionary nurse. She is pleasant, at times humorous, loves people, and has a sense of having done "a good work." Very inspiring to myself as I am also a nurse and have volunteered in Central American countries.
