ARTISTIC TRIBE NYC - Volume I: Featured Artists & Guests

By nom de plume

Artistic Tribe NYC is a free bimonthly print black-and-white newspaper telling the story of NYC's most inspiring artists and is widely distributed in New York City. In its first year, 2023, the newspaper has featured nearly a hundred artists, established in New York City and originally coming from different parts of the world. This book regroups the interviews and artworks from most of those artists: dancers, musicians, painters, singers, filmmakers, poets, and more, along with unpublished interviews from artists and communities around the world, met by Nom de Plume - founder, CEO, and editor-in-chief of Artistic Tribe NYC - during her numerous travels. This book also contains exclusive content from the silent black-and-white short film series produced by Artistic Tribe NYC, Diary of a Feather, which tells the story of an anonymous writer in New York City in the early 1900s, unveiling the inspiration behind the creation of the newspaper while highlighting art, immigrants, and historical heritage that have shaped the city. "I hope this book will bring you pride for who you are, inspiration, empowerment, and motivation to move mountains, because you can " Nom de Plume
