"ARTHASASTRA" of Chanakya is one of the greatest texts of the world with complete representation of pragmatic philosophy. As the author and practitioner of Arthasastra principles Chanakya established the concept of "Zero Failures" and "Zero Defects" in management with his terminology of Governance of a state or an empire.
