Imagine, if you can, a world in which no human being had the ability to fly. Like, if you leapt off of a cliff you would just plummet and fall and splat on the sidewalk; a big pile of mush and blood. Where even the strongest people can only lift a few hundred pounds. And they'd have to strain their muscles, faces flush with exertion, to get like a sofa off the back of a truck. Where just a couple hundred pounds of pressure could crush a man's ribcage into a million little bone splinters. What a bunch of freaks, right? It's kind of farfetched, but that'd be a world full of people like me. My name is Scott Armstrong and this is my story.
