Critical knowledge for personal and civil liberty

I use this lecture series in a course I teach to inmates on effective legal argumentation and have come to realize and appreciate how the knowledge and skills imparted in these lectures is fundamental to being a truly empowered citizen living a productive life within a community and civil society. The material uncovers with wonderful clarity and simplicity the bedrock basis for all productive argumentation -- which is something we all engage in as we attempt to find our way in this life to a better life in the future. Inmates find this material illuminating in revealing non-judgmentally how they have failed in their relationships in the past and how they can be more in control of their lives in the future.
