This is one of, if not THE BEST, self help / leadership development book I have ever read in my 20+ years in the business and financial industry. Are You Up for The Challenge? This book was life changing for me! Rod Hairston has the ability to break down concepts in a way that is easy to understand and entertaining. His mixture of compelling theories and captivating story telling inspired me to take a serious, yet nonjudgmental view of my habits - those that supported me and those that did not. He explains how to break negative patterns and strengthen POSITIVE ones. Since reading this book, I have been promoted at work, lost 50 pounds, and began creating and moving towards the financial, professional, and personal visions that I want for my life!
