Thanks to the emergence of the age of dialogue, in which acceptance has joined assertiveness as socially acceptable, this alternative paradigm has become both necessary and technologically feasible - enhancing the ability of people to live fuller and more authentic lives. Arie Peled, Ph.D. is an architect and town planner. Disappointed with the ability of current architectural practices to enhance well-being and fullness of life, he has developed a phenomenological-existentialist approach to the architectural act and to the way we live in the spatial presence of places. Rejecting the power discourse and coerciveness inherent within the very concept of "Architect", Peled defines himself as a Maker and Healer of Places and as a practitioner of dialogic architecture.
