It's Wee Toots first Christmas, on the small croft in Scotland where he lives. He's a little confused by all the preparations, especially the tree in the house. But after a little explanation from Archie, his big brother, wee Toots is very excited. He decides he will wait up to meet Father Christmas on Christmas Eve. Archie doesn't believe in Father Christmas because he's never seen him, and tells Wee Toots that even if there was such a person, Wee Toots wouldn't get any presents because he would definitely be on the naughty list.
