This monograph presents the latest data on ischemic heart disease, clinical features of its course in patients of different age groups, etiopathogenetic risk factors contributing to the development and/or progression of this disease, and data on modern methods of diagnosis and treatment of this disease in males. Part of the literature review was created on the basis of literature data from modern sources, such as CIS sources and foreign countries. By studying the literature data, the authors were able to consider some predisposition factors to the development of coronary heart disease in males of working age depending on etiopathogenetic risk factors.
