This type of case calls for an ergonomic study that can simplify the professional's work and cause a mutual benefit between the worker and the company. The description of the production process employed in the firm helps to determine the ergonomic failures of the company's environment. To achieve this description, it was necessary to map the organisation's layouts, observe the posture of the team during the working day and propose a new layout that eliminates possible unnecessary efforts.
