Application Development with CSharp: Development of DateOrWed Application

The Idea:
To develop a web application for catering to the needs of those who want to Date and/or Wed.
Requirements of the Application:
The data is to be completely encrypted.
To be developed in N Tier.
Users can hide their profile data and show the required parts to other users.
Technologies to be used:
Primary coding in C# using Visual Studio 2019 or later for developing chat.
Database MS SQL Server, possibly Azure or AWS cloud databases
Framework: Entity Framework
Plan of Action:
Develop Database Tables and Procedures
Create Entity classes to transfer data between Application, Business Class and Database.
Drop database objects in the Data Tier using Entity Framework.
Develop business logic in LINQ to retrieve the data and update it.
Create referenced .dlls of these C# projects and copy them to the application folder.
Finally, develop web applications using HTML, ASP.NET and C#.
