Practice CD helped...ALOT

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. I trained through the US Army Radiology Specialist program and this review helped me alot. It came highly recommended by all the instructors and they weren't kidding. There is alot of info in each question and it is harder than the actual registry. Each question they ask in the book is like 2 or 3 questions on the actual test so if you take the chapter reviews and read the explainations for why that answer is correct, you're golden.

A & L 5 th edition

As an educator in radiography, I have found this book to be extremely useful. For the past four years my students have used it as an addition resource guide in Procedures class. They have also found this book to be their best aid in preparing for the national registry. The book covers the entire core areas need for the ARRT examination. The students like the fact that they can review material over and over and take practice examinations. They also especially like the CD that is included with the text. The registry is computerized, and it is good to practice in a format similar to the real thing.

Amazing Text- 60% of test questions were word for word

I was a little apprehensive about taking the computerized exam, but after studying out the the PREP text and taking the exams in this book, i felt confident. However, when i took the test, i realized that i had seen the majority of questions from the practice tests. I knew the answers before i finished reading the questions. I passed the registry easily. On the other hand, there are several versions of the computer test and other class members of mine received far different questions. All and all the book gave a great feel for the quality and level of difficulty of test questions. HIGHLY RECCOMMENDED.

An excellent resource to use as a registry study guide.

As an educator in the Radiology Technology field, I have found this book to be a key aide in preparing for the national registry. It has a simple format to understand. It is divided into the major sections that individuals will actually see on the registry examination. This fact alone has an impact on passing the registry the first time.The questions are easy to read and to understand with all possible answers being fully explained. It is a must for anyone seriously studying for the registry exam.

Really prepared me for the ARRT exam!

Questions well written in manner similar to ARRT exam. Answers were excellent explanations that really enhanced the review!
