I read this cook book being one of the first i ever read. I absolutly enjoyed cooking from this book. Nell Stehr has very wonderful taste and i hope that there are many books to follow

Apples, Brie and Chocolate

This book is alot of fun. The author relates parts of her history along with delightful artwork. The recipes in this book are elegant, yet written so that even a beginner can understand the directions. The results of using the recipies are as tasty as promised and a joy to serve friends and family. I have gotten wonderful comments on all the selections that I have made. I suggest this book for gifts as a wedding present. Any bride and groom would truly enjoy this selection. I am anxiously waiting and hoping that she will come up with a followup book soon.
