Apple Magic helps anyone with apple trees

I had a copy of this great book for many years and then let someone borrow it. Now I'd like it again to have for myself and also to give a few fellow apple tree owners as gifts. It's helpful in informing you which types of apples are suitable for various dishes. I even found a recipe I had been looking for for many years and it was right under my nose, but it had a different title so I didn't realize for years that I already had it. So, let that be a lesson--don't just go by what they call it, read the whole recipe before you skip over it.
