The Eve of Apophis is a closing short story - quieter, intimate, the last hours from inside a single home.

Less an apocalypse story than a meditation on what apocalypse reveals: who we are when the timeline shortens, who we love when there is no later, and what faith looks like when nothing else can be counted on.
