Anya could really use a friend. But her new BFF isn't kidding about the "Forever" part . . .
Of all the things Anya expected to find at the bottom of an old well, a new friend was not one of them. Especially not a new friend who's been dead for a century. Falling down a well is bad enough, but Anya's normal life might actually be worse. She's embarrassed by her family, self-conscious about her body, and she's pretty much given up on fitting in at school. A new friend--even a ghost--is just what she needs. Or so she thinks. Anya's Ghost is a 2011 Kirkus Best Teen Books of the Year title. One of School Library Journal's Best Fiction Books of 2011. One of Horn Book's Best Fiction Books of 2011. Winner of the 2012 Eisner Award for Best Publication for Young Adults (Ages 12-17) This title has Common Core connections.
I received my book and it was in good condition. it had some wear like corner damage and bent pages but the odd thing was a BROWN stain on the book cover and some dirt.
when I read the conditions in the FAQ i always thought it meant these were conditions that could not be improved or changed but the stain wasn't necessary to leave on the book or the dirt. A little cleaning should have been done.
luckily I was able to remove most of the stain (whatever it was, im hoping it was food) and to get a reasonable amount of the dirt from it. not a bad find
Not worth buying.

Not worth buying. I’m an avid book reader and not only love a great book but love to buy books for gifts. This was to be a gift but the content was full of foul language and bad attitudes/behaviors. Not worth the money or time spent reading.
