The study in hand attempted to determine the academic anxiety of students at university level and to correlate it with their academic achievements. It also focused over the correlates of anxiety among university students. A concluded result lead to the findings of an inverse relation between anxiety and academic achievements of university students, whereby the value of correlation coefficient found was r= -0.38.
