This special edition contains a selection of 54 kosode kimono designs from the first 3 books of the series: -A slightly different kimono coloring book-

The complete set contains 94 designs that can be found in the original hinagata books "Miyako fuuzoku hinagata", translated as "Popular designs of the capital", dated 1716.

If you are interested in the complete set, please look for books 1, 2 and 3 from the series which can also be found on Amazon under FUYUya.

The lines are usually thick, as they are on the original prints, and this is customary for Japanese prints.

Please note that this colouring book is designed mainly for pencil, crayon and felt tip pens. It is not advised to use water colouring or big (whiteboard size) markers, as both may bleed through.
If you do want to try with watercolours or big sized markers you may want to use an additional carton in between the pages or separate the pages from the book.
