Anticancer Activity of Some New 1,3,4 Thiadiazoles on HT-29cell Lines

Some new 1,3,4 Thidiazoles were synthesized, derivatized, characterized by TLC, Melting point, their individual percentage yield were studied and selected compounds were characterized by IR, NMR spectroscopy and Mass spectrometry and their invitro anti cancer activity were tested on HT-29 cell line by employing MTT assay, the parent and few of the derivatives have shown significant IC50 activity.
