Anthropometric analysis and occupational biomechanical analysis are important tools to verify whether working conditions meet the aspects required by ergonomics. These analyses, in a clothing company, contribute to the ergonomic evaluation of work, seeking to increase productivity and reduce bodily injuries. This book is a case study in a clothing company with the objective of carrying out an anthropometric and biomechanical analysis of the sewing sector of a clothing industry. The research had as method the application of the questionnaire, showing data, of perception of the workstation, an anthropometric analysis through measurements on the furniture and a biomechanical analysis through photos and direct observation. An analysis was carried out in the Ergolandia 5.0 software to analyse the postures adopted by the employees during the working day.
