Welcome to Anthony's Travels, following on from my previous book 'My Journey' where my primary focus was to help others and ultimately spread mental health awareness. I also want to take this opportunity to share something that I haven't felt ready to share. Moving on from that, I wanted to take a more positive outlook and talk about, in more detail, my experiences on my travels around the world. With so many countries, different cultures to see and the people with many different nationalities. There's never enough time to see it all, but also not to forget all the different kinds of food on offer too. Sharing these experiences with my friends and family, has really helped me get through tough times and it's good to have things to look forward to.
