It is 1995. Jacques Chirac, President of France, orders a series of nuclear tests in the Pacific, undeterred by international outrage.
Greenwar, a covert hard-line environmental organization, led by ex-Greenpeace activist Sheryl Glister, passes the death sentence on Chirac. Finance is provided by a dying multi-millionaire; logistical support by a cabal of Chirac's political enemies.
This alliance of idealism, money, and sedition, recruits Dennis Lux, contract killer, to carry out the sentence. The challenge is huge but Lux is confident he can do it.
