Why fast I hear you ask? As Ministers of God we have spirituality in our lives and we pray daily to God to replenish our spiritual wellbeing. We eat to nourish our body, sometimes more than we should, indulge in the bountiful fare that grace and good fortune allows us. By giving up at least three of the food items that we eat or drink on a regular basis and dedicating this fast to Mother God and Father God we not only cleanse our body of impurities, but also our mind and spirit as we hold this fast up to Mother of All and Father of All as an offering of our love and dedication.
