In this publication, Edmundo Enrique V squez Paz offers interesting ideas on sustainable development and climate change. He proposes the need to provide the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) with an agenda for the construction of the necessary "political power" that will be required by those in charge of developing them in practice; and he presents a proposal for generating that power and making the SDGs viable.
