A new bend in the road leads Anne away from her beloved Avonlea to the bustling city of Kingsport. Here, Anne joins her old Queens chums, Stella and Priscilla, for four fulfilling years at Redmond College. Anne misses Green Gables, Marilla, the twins, Mrs. Lynde, and, of course, her bosom friend, Diana, so much in the first few months that she can't remember why she thought going to college was a good idea.
