Anna and the One Mass

Anna experiences the Easter Vigil Mass in a unique way - she travels back in time to experience fleeing from the Egyptians as it is read from Exodus. She experiences the Gospel reading: she is there at Jesus' tomb, and becomes on of the first to see him alive, resurrected. This story will include many of the highlights of our beloved and holy Easter Vigil Mass. Mass is the meeting of heaven and earth. This is Anna's experience, and it can be ours. My prayer is that experience this story might lead children and adults to see and hear the invisible and transcendent power of the Mass and of God Incarnate in the world around us. This is a story about God intimately dwelling with us in the Mass and, in deed, all of life. Chances are it will spark questions and possibly even conversation. It may stir up issues central to life, death, who we are, and who God is. If it does, wonderful! The answers are waiting to be discovered in the one Mass
