This collection of poems tells a story, the story of a woman, wife, and mother. A devout Catholic, she was the spiritual glue that held five generations of a family together. Gone, but not forgotten, her poems were saved from an old cedar chest. I don't think she ever thought these would see the light of day, but they have been scanned and transcribed, since they were hand-typed on a manual typewriter, before the age of computers. She probably never realized how profound an impact she had on her grandchildren. She was a light in the darkness to many, yet humble and thankful. This book was created to honor her and the goodness she embodied, crafted as a keepsake for the many lives she touched.
