Angel and Me and the Bayside Bombers, by Mary Jane Auch is a great book for kids ages 8 to 9 years old. This story includes amusing characters and situations that kids can relate to. I think everyone has been in a situation where you realize you don't know as much as you think you do. What makes this such a wonderful story is that we find kids can learn about themselves and what they are capable of achieving when they put their mind to it.
