beyond the neuro basics

Thoughtful organization of chapters, starting w/ physiology, pathology, diagnostics, that lead into a series of chapters on prominent neuro-surgical titles, each followed by a companion chapter re the anesthesia for that specific surgery, plus chapters on agents, drugs, and fluid management. Not to be mistaken for a quick reference, this one IS a text book.
