We sometimes lose sight of our past.

Rose Thomas did a remarkable job in giving people whowere not born yet a rare opportunity to look back and feelthe essance of what it was like grow up in such aninvironment. Today , most of use have no conceptionas to those times. For better or worse, without knowing our past we can't appreciate what we have or what othersendured. It is a must read. I'm looking forward to an audio version.
