Newberry Books

I have been searching for Newberry award winners in hardback for gifts. I was super excited to find this one, but I am incredibly disappointed that the book is an ex-library edition. I feel the books should be listed as an ex-library edition. Plus, they should not qualify as a ‘like new’ book since they have black marker crossing out the library name and address on several pages.
