Love this book and WANT MORE!!!

This book was awesome! There is nothing I like more than a big, sexy, gorgeous alpha male and John Smith was HOT!!!! This is s sexy romantic suspense where the sparks fly between the two main characters from page one. One, from high society, the other having seen the dark side of life. I absolutely love a romance where the h/h are polar opposites. The chemistry is off the charts and smolders every minute Grace and John are together. I know J.R. Ward is known and loved for her paranormal romance but paranormals are not a favorite of mine. I remember giving book one of her BDB series a try and couldn't get into it. I had no idea she also wrote under another name so was happy to run across An Unforgettable Lady. The back cover grabbed me immediately as the type of romance I love to read. I'm happy to say it was! I know this is a reprint of an earlier book however I hope she continues writing under Jessica Bird in-between her J.R. Ward books. She has a wonderful voice for contemp romantic suspense and it would be a shame not to read more. A word to J.R., make them hotter! That is the only complaint I had, the love scenes were very, very short. For two people who created such fireworks, they deserved much longer love scenes, not just one paragraph then it was over. Fix that and you have perfection. Cannot wait to read Callie's story. I can't wait to see how the instant fireworks unfold between her and Jack. I wish we didn't have to wait one year! You know how to torture us.

Outstanding Story......

This book was awesome. I read her other genre, in which she writes as J.R. Ward (she has in print Dark Lover, and Lover Eternal, so far) Found out she writes as Jessica Bird in contemporary, and I was SOOOOOOOO glad to find this out! This story is so moving, I fell in love with the story by the end of the 1st chapter. He doesn't want to love her, she's rich, glamorous, and out of his league. Little does he know that she fits into his league and into his life just fine. Very realistic story. I don't feel you'll be disappointed at all!!!!!!! A+++++! Way to go Jessica!

My favorite genre!

I am such a ROMANCE NOVEL type-reader, and AN Unforgettable Lady by Jessica Bird was right up my alley. I love getting lost in a GREAT STORY and this book is exactly that! I have become a fan!
