An Orthodox Christian Prayer List

There are over ten thousand (Eastern) Orthodox Christians listed in this book and over five thousand of them are Bishops. This book was typeset in Inclusive Sans font. The text of the list in this book is in bold and in thirteen size with 1.5 spacing. The list is not comprehensive or free from error. This book and everything in it was created by one man, Thomas Cudo Andrango, without any AI tools. Almost all of the list in it was compiled by him with the remainder being translated from Russian, also by him. His hope in creating this book is that those listed here will be commemorated at the Proskomedia for those who have Fallen Asleep (Proskomedia for the Departed), most of all, in addition to being prayed for at other (Eastern) Orthodox Christian liturgical services. As such, the names have been formatted so that they can be commemorated. For this reason, the names begin with their formal title, if applicable, and then only the first name, as is preferred when commemorating at (Eastern) Orthodox Christian liturgical services. Praying for the living is encouraged by the (Eastern) Orthodox Church, for example with a Moleben or an Akathist or a Canon. I ask that you not add names of people that have died that are not (Eastern) Orthodox Christians for commemoration at the Proskomedia for those who have Fallen Asleep and any other (Eastern) Orthodox Christian liturgical service. Praying for those who have died who have not been baptized (Eastern) Orthodox Christian is actually greatly encouraged by the Orthodox Church. Specifically, praying for them privately (not liturgically). Privately, one could pray to Saint Varus asking that he pray for them, as he is prayed to for those who died unbaptized (patron saint). For those who committed suicide one could pray privately (not liturgically) the following prayer for them: Lord seek out the lost soul of Thy servant (insert here): if it be possible, have mercy. Thy judgments are unfathomable. Do not count this prayer of mine as a sin, but rather may Thy holy will be done.
