The possibilities of MRI, non-ionising radiation, for the exploration of the specifically feminine pathologies are not ceasing to spread, presently involving endocrinology and breast medicine. This work displays a dual originality: on the one hand, it introduces the concept of "Imaging of the Woman" developed in the Anglo-Saxon system, grouping together under the same name the gynaecological pathologies and those of the breast; on the other hand, it encourages an interactive approach, associating radiologist and clinician for the diagnosis, the management and post-operative surveillance of patients. Its original structure, in the form of an atlas of clinical cases, favours iconography, in particular the variations in presentations of the same pathology. Moreover, complementary text displays the epidemiological, clinical and therapeutic data.
