Before using a calculator, it is best to learn math in longhand.
Published by bernie4444 , 7 months ago
Very few people do math the longhand way today. However, it is a good idea to do some math manually before using a calculator so you have some idea of what it is doing. When driving, it is good to know how the accelerator physically works before accelerating.
It is the same with encryption; in today’s digital age, methods and equipment change how the game is played. However, it is good to get some fundamental idea of how it works and maybe have some fun encrypting and decrypting with a friend.
