I began like most, now a days, learning 'rolls' and using finger picks; but the banjo has a great history - including being a foundational part of jazz music. This invitation is to learn jazz with a five-string banjo, with the fifth string removed, just like the early days; but with a twist - I've tuned the banjo to C-A-F-E, to open the full scale with four strings within four frets. Making jazz music has never been simpler
