An Introduction to Shamanism is a textbook that was written for the Shamanism 101 class at Northern Star Academy of Holistic Studies. It is also the textbook from which Rebekah teaches her in person and distance Shamanism 101 classes from. The book contains basic exercises, information, teachings, considerations and an introduction to common practices and tools that traditional medicine people often use. Most deeper exercises are found within the complimenting course so that the student has the guidance of a practitioner working with them, but a person can learn quite a bit of good information simply from reading the text, considering the questions and performing the small exercises included even without the full course.
