An Indecent Invitation

This is the first in the series, Spies and Lovers. What a great start! This book follows main characters Grey and Lily. They grew up together although Grey is older naturally. So Lily was more of an annoyance as a child. Grey returns to town to assist Lily with her season not knowing how she has grown into a lovely young woman. I won’t give away plot points but the story has it all: action, adventure, intrigue, a few twists and turns, steamy scenes! Of course there is a bad guy that needs thwarted and a heroine in danger; but she is no wilted flower. Such a great start to the series. I really enjoyed it and am looking forward to the next in the series which features Lily’s friend and also her brother, Rafe.
