The owners of the Sunset Beach Resort in Key West, where Loni McLean has a long-term lease on a cottage and a dock, has unilaterally cancelled the lease and used a technicality to expropriate the remainder of the prepaid lease fee. Loni McLean immediately files a breach-of-contract lawsuit against the resort.The live-aboard yacht belonging to Loni's friends, Dallas Kincade and Gina Kelly, is permanently docked at the cottage, so the resort management makes Dallas and Gina the target of a harassment campaign aimed at convincing McLean to withdraw his lawsuit. Dallas and Gina successfully counter the harassment attempts, which incites the manager to escalate the severity of harassment campaign. Eventually, a callous act by the management leaves one of Loni's team maimed for life. When the legal system is unable to bring the perpetrators to justice, Loni and his friends have no choice but apply street justice to the guilty parties.
