This is only Volume 2

Other editions of this book are more expensive, so I thought I was getting a deal here. Nowhere on the page - or even on the cover of the book - is it mentioned that this is not the whole work. This is only Volume 2, which begins with the 16th Article. Now I have to buy volume 1 - from another printing, but the text is identical between all of these versions, so no problem there. However, the point stands: this is not the complete book.
