When a white supremacist group in league with Al Qaeda bombs three major cities in the United States, CIA Agent Robert Scorpio heads an investigation into the diabolical scheme. Traveling from Miami and Moscow to Tel Aviv, Scorpio makes the startling discovery that the explosives used in the deadly bombings came from an ammunition depot in Texas. Even worse, a nuclear weapon is missing.
