An Error Analysis on Subject-verb Agreement Encountered in Theses

This is to decode the result of error analysis on foreign language productions concentratively in grammar. English Education Study Program, located on Teacher Training and Education Faculty at Universitas Tanjungpura, has produced many pieces of theses in the teaching-learning process. However, there are various types of writing produced by each author. One of the artificial sentence productions, undisputable, is subject-verb agreement. As a part of the author's application to the concept of grammar, theses produced by students of the English Education Study Program were the possible subjects to be encountered. Incorporating with specialized corpus, error analysis in this research advocates the process of language inaccuracies, especially on subject-verb agreement productions.
