Excellent book to raise your consciousness. . .

First, what is transpersonal psychology? That being said, this books delivers many effective strategies to do just that. It encourages self-awaremeness, seeing the educational value in each moment as well as learning effective listening and communication skills when dealing with others, and more. This book is quite accessible, and not just geared toward students of psychology. It is for anyone who wants to better their understanding of themselves and their reactions to others and their world. We could all use some help getting the most from our life here on "Earth School." Highly recommended.
