Second chances

I received this book as an ARC with no expectations of a positive review. I love the story of Isla an Amish widow and Sherrif Evan Miller. Evan had been born Amish, but left the Amish community to be a police officer. Isla had been in love with Evan when he left the Amish ways behind him. Now Isla comes face to face with Evan when her home is broke into. She returns home to find the intruder running out her back door. Join Isla and Evan as they work through their past as this theft is not isolated. Evan tries to keep his community safe as well as working to put this person behind bars who is bringing fear to his community.
