Born into a US Army family, and raised in many different states and countries, travel has always been easy to me, I moved every few years during my childhood and always seemed to thrive. Never in my wildest dreams would I believe that I would eventually end up living and working in Afghanistan, or that I would be there for over a decade of my life. But, it happened, it was an adventure that I will always cherish, creating friendships that will endure, and memories and stories for a lifetime.
