This little pamphlet contains the snatches of an open air, extempore address by Mr. Puran Singh on the occasion of the Old Boys' Annual Social Gathering of the Victoria College, Gwalior, held on 12th November, 1922. The notes were put together from memory by the speaker, at our special request. Forming as they do, a song of joy in themselves, we desire that they may be heard even at distances.
