Perfect for a brief visit

The DK Top 10 guidebook is excellent for the traveler who has just a few days to spend in Amsterdam. It has the highlights of the city with maps and details useful for navigating the city.

Amsterdam top ten - worth the price

First, I'm a fan of the Eyewitness series and find all their books valuable. Not knowing alot about Amsterdam I wanted something that gave me an overview but also provided alot of information in a condensed format. This was the book, also books are heavy and I want to travel with my book so size was also a factor. This fit the bill.

Amsterdam travel guide

We have been very pleased with all of the Eyewitness Top 10 Travel Guides that we have purchased for cities we were visiting. The guides are concise, listing the 10 most popular sites to see under a variety of categories. The Amsterdam guide is exactly what we need to carry with us so we will have it as an easy reference. I expecially like the colored pictures along with the text.

Excellent Guide Book

This was my first time using an EyeWitness guidebook and it definitely won't be the last. This guide is organized very well with maps everywhere. They cover the various areas of the city with detail on everything from sight seeing options to food, night life, etc. I just got back from Amsterdam and this guide was in my hand constantly. I highly recommend this if you are unfamiliar with the city.

A must have book for a visit to Amsterdam

The Dk Eyewitness book Top 10 Guide to Amsterdam is just brilliant. It is full of usfull information, beautiful pictures and clearly set out details and maps. All one needs to enjoy a visit Amsterdam. Having brought Dk's Top 10 Travel books before I knew how fantastic they are. I would highly recommend anyone to buy this if they want a handy sized but packed guide. Value for money, buy.
