In the spirit of John Stuart Mill's On Liberty, come consider the strengths and weaknesses of science and religion. They are the two major ways western civilization has explored Reality.

Can both provide valid information? Would you like to give the definition of "valid" a go? Is there one correct definition or are there many? Christians would likely consider their experiences in church at least as valid as objective data.If you are doing science you likely favor objectivity---Words-Data-Logic. If you are doing art or in church, subjectivity---Open & Receptive.Of course there is always a mixture, just a different emphasis. The most creative find the best balance for whatever they are trying to accomplish or understand. They combine intellect and emotions, facts and imagination, observation and intuition.Einstein knew the value of both.
The gift of fantasy has meant more to me
